1. Digital Products (eBooks)

Once your order is completed and the digital product is delivered (e.g. via download or
access link), you will not be eligible for a refund.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, your right of withdrawal
expires once:

 You have given your explicit consent to immediate delivery, and
 You have acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal upon delivery.

You are required to confirm this before completing any purchase of digital content on our
site.

2. Physical Products (When Available)
If you purchase a physical copy of Alchemic Rhythm through our website, you have the right
to cancel and return the item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU
consumer law, provided the product is:

 In its original, unused condition
 Returned at your own cost unless defective

To initiate a return, please email us at team@alletsnw.com with your order number and
reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original
payment method.

For purchases made via Amazon or any third-party platform, please refer to their own
return and refund policies.

3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
 Digital downloads (after access is granted)
 Physical books returned in damaged or used condition
 Products not purchased directly through our website
